Terms & Conditions
Article 1 — Purpose
These general terms govern the seasonal rental of furnished tourist accommodations offered on lyvaneia.com. Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Article 2 — Booking
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent to the tenant with stay details and accommodation access information.
Article 3 — Pricing
Prices are shown in euros per night and include standard utilities (water, electricity, heating, WiFi). In addition to the nightly rate: cleaning fee (flat rate), and tourist tax (calculated per person per night, according to current municipal rates).
Article 4 — Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the tenant:
- More than 14 days before arrival: full refund
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund
Refunds are processed via Stripe to the payment method used during booking.
To cancel a booking, please email contact@lyvaneia.com quoting your booking reference. The cancellation deadline is measured from when the message is received.
Article 5 — Check-in and check-out
Check-in is self-service via a secure lockbox. Check-in and check-out times are communicated upon booking confirmation. A late check-out may be granted upon request, subject to availability.
Article 6 — Tenant obligations
The tenant agrees to:
- Occupy the accommodation peacefully
- Respect the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing
- Return the accommodation in the condition in which it was found
- Report any damage or malfunction to the owner
Article 7 — Liability
The owner disclaims all liability in case of accident, theft, or damage occurring during the stay. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation and its contents during the rental period.
Article 8 — Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the location of the rented property.
